Delivery times and costs CHRISTMAS DELIVERY Standard First class recorded delivery - 21st December Express Next Day - 22nd December 2pm We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment (Mon to Fri) Please allow a bit longer at busy times, such as Christmas. If your item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or refund. We use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery for most orders. Orders placed by 3.00pm on week days, are shipped same day. Heavy or large items such as beds or carrier are delivered by courier directly from the supplier. Delivery times vary, from 48 hrs to 3 to 5 working days depending on the bed chosen, this is clearly stated on the product page. We will contact you to notify you an estimated delivery date. Red Dingo, Bow Wow ID Tags are shipped via International post directly by the manufacturers free of charge. My Precious and the Glitter ID Tags are shipped directly by the supplier via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery free of charge and the Swarovski ID tags are also shipped by us via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery with a small P&P charge of £1.90, please note that the Swarovski ID Tags take around 14 working days to arrive and longer at busy times like Christmas. In the checkout process, the postage cost for the item you are purchasing will be clearly stated. We do ship internationally via Airmail International signed for, with the exeption of heavy or large items such as beds and carriers, costs are clearly stated on your checkout page before confirming your order, howerver if your order contains large items such as big dog jackets and coats or the overall parcel is large or heavy due to many items purchased, there may be additional costs involved and we will contact you with details prior to shipping. Product pricing We have taken every care to offer the best price for our products, we constantly check the market and source new suppliers therefore we reserve the rights to alter any prices at any time without prior notice. Returns policy
If any purchases fail to meet your expectations, we will exchange, issue a credit voucher or refund your purchase on condition that you return the goods within 7 days of receipt of the purchase. Goods have to be in an unused condition, with the original packing and label. Postage will be charged on exchanges. Please note personalised items, special order items, discontinued and sales items may not be returned. Please send items via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery or if posted by 1st or 2nd class post please request a stamped proof of delivery certificate from the post office, we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
